early winter: on film

my friend and fellow photographer, Aaron, and i adventured to a this lovely spot of Earth one cold, early morning. it was Autumn but felt much like Winter. i was overwhelmed with the story these trees and water seemed to tell. a visual representation of feelings that i so often have a difficult time articulating. it felt like a sigh of relief. the land was defining the contrast between light and darkness. there were glimpses of suffocating loneliness, but also the reminder of the remarkable beauty in being unique and belonging to Love.
